Terms of Service

TenderIQ Ltd ("TenderIQ", "we", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide professional tender document review services to construction industry professionals in the United Kingdom.

These terms govern your use of TenderIQ's website, platform, and services (collectively, "the Service").

TenderIQ provides tender document analysis and review packages. Our service includes:

• Secure upload and encrypted storage of your tender documents
• Professional analysis of your documents by our expert team
• Expert review and approval by a senior estimator
• A structured review package delivered as a PDF

The output of our service is provided as professional information to assist your estimating process. It does not constitute advice on which to solely base a tender submission without independent verification.

Packages are priced as set out on our website. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Each package covers a single submission. If you require additional submissions, a new package must be purchased.

Turnaround times are provided as indicative working day estimates and begin once all documents have been uploaded and your submission is finalised. Times are measured in UK working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated turnaround times but cannot guarantee delivery within the stated period if factors outside our control cause delay.

TenderIQ's review packages are provided to assist estimating professionals. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any tender submission you make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenderIQ's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant package.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of a tender, or loss of contract.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant TenderIQ a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Review packages produced by TenderIQ are licensed to you for internal business use. They may not be resold, distributed, or presented as your own work to third parties.

You must not upload documents you do not have the right to share, or documents that contain unlawful content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or reproduce our systems or proprietary methods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
